Not sure why reviews are so high for this movie. Thought I'd seen all the 80's silly teen movies, but didn't remember if I'd seen this one. Watched just for the heck of it. Indeed no one should watch to see Oscar worthy performances, but the acting was awful! Almost painful to get through. Truth is this movie is terrible.
